My 2 year old son needed the toilet and a male member of staff told me there were no staff toilets in the store and that myself my 2 year old and my 10 month old would have to leave the store and go across the road to the Costa coffee shop to use the toilet. My 2 year then wet himself in the shop!!!! I'm disgusted!!!! It would of taken 1 minute to let me 2 year old use the staff toilets!!!! He is only recently toilet trained and this will knock his confidence!!!!! I won't be visiting this store again!!!!

Customer service is terrible the way I got spoken to by not just 1 manager but 2 yesterday was terrible...even telling me to make a complaint the number is on back of receipt...well I did and they was wonderful and rectified my matter...I always shopped in next in Bentley Bridge but never will again

Not enough collection

Small branch with selected collection, the branch is understaffed and that makes shopping here is boring.
There is free parking in the area.

Happily shopping here today until a store assistant rushes over to ask if we can leave for 10 minutes. We ask if there's a fire alarm, she informs us she needs to "clean" the store. How much of an entire store can you clean in 10 minutes ! Coronavirus is real, Next is ridiculous.

I am sick to the bone of not being able to try clothes on when I've made the decision to travel to your store. Other retailers have opened their changing rooms. I was 100% supportive last year during the midst of the pandemic but frankly it's just lazyness now. 20 minute drive for a pair of jeans that I get home and they don't fit. I won't be buying from your stores anymore.

Confusing layout. Poorly trained staff - asked an employee upstairs about stock sold on the ground floor who told me to ask the staff downstairs! Poor show! Low stock levels. Not an enjoyable shopping experience at all.

fabulous store massive range of high quality items i spent a long time admiring the wonderful clothes u sell but finally bought a nice shirt and jumper but i was really impressed with the layout and friendly staff
