Incredibly helpful staff who know their stuff

Visited their store in the newer St David's Shopping Centre. Rude staff. Very pretentious. Seem more interested in trying to give reasons to not sell you trainers or buy from you than actually help you. No wonder there are no prices on the trainers, massively overpriced when you compare them to other retailers. I don't mind paying a bit extra for the luxury of seeing them in person before you buy rather than an online retailer like Stock X or Laced but their prices are well above the resale values.

This place won't be around for long, customer service appalling. Staff walking around in Brick Jordan 4s thinking they are better than you.

Very helpful staff. Staff were also very quick and efficient took no more than 10mins for me to buy the shoes try them on and pay. Thanks for the quick service.
