Just visited store really busy as usual with not enough staff. Paid at self service and then found that I’d been overcharged for a tee shirt and paid £50 for trousers which were also incorrectly priced as 39.99 euros which I thought was £40! Had to queue then to sort this out. A chaotic visit as usual, Manager who was most polite said they had taken on more staff, don’t hold you’re breath.

Absolutely appalling service in the menswear section of the cardiff store. I asked a sales assistant for help and she ignored me and went off to her friends (one of which was a manager) to continue talking. I then asked her again if she could help me and she told me to hang on as she was too busy. She finally came after 15 minutes, and when I asked her about a certain item of clothing, she cut me off and didn't even let me finish my sentence before saying no (in a very rude manner). Very dismissive and rude staff at this store, don't bother

Good fashionable range. Sometimes Finishing leaves a lot to be desired loose and missing buttons, threads showing and snagged material. Value for money compared to designer brands.

Love this brand and store.Full of affordable high end fashion.Quite busy when we visited bug displays still full and we'll presented.

Small, but one of the most organized Zara I've ever visited

Appalling service in Cardiff Store. Staff member advised my size in dress was on shop floor according to computer even though not on rail with stock. Told to check all the rails to see if they'd been moved by customer. I try and support shops rather than order online but in this instance online it is. Hope it's not the end of another Store chain.

This store is too small for the footfall it attracts. Majority of items only available in small sizes. The queues to buy or return are ridiculously long.

I've never been to this shop before, but they have some really nice quality stuff. I ended up treating myself to a new coat that I am now in love with.
