Shopped here before a bunch and had great experiences, great clothing but after going there today there was just, no variety in the men's section, all grey clothing just like every other clothes store. Some people just want to wear some colour without obnoxious branding printed all over them.

Spent 30 minutes looking for jeans and the longest leg was regular . 32 “
I needed a 34 , no staff ti be found then when finding staff , told 32 was longest store does however we cater on line for 34” . In 6ft . I want to try jeans on. I find this highly discriminatory and put back the clothes intended to buy. I find this offensive and bang out of order . Your a high street retailer and 6ft male is not a irregular sight in the year 2022 . When in went down stairs it was flooded with staff chatting about what they did over the weekend.will never return

The worst H&M staff, plus the manager was rude and unprofessional I will never be back to this store...horrible experience I hope the H&M higher management do something about it.

Visited the Swansea store on Boxing Day to exchange an item for a bigger size. I had the most amazing customer service from Cara and Erin who went out of their way to help and were friendly and professional. These two ladies are a credit to the company!

A really good clothes store, there's always new stock and they keep up with the latest trends. The staff are friendly and always helpful, and the store is easy to navigate. I particularly like their recycling scheme, where you can hand in old clothes for a £5 voucher!

If the shop assistants done they're job's and didn't stand around body shaming normal people for wearing masks, I'd consider shopping there again. Absolutely awful and horrendous experience, bang out of order in this day and age. They weren't discreet about the comments they were making, I just can't believe it. Disgusting
