My first experience with Cherry Tree and couldn't be happier. When my boots didn't arrive after 5 days, I called and Bethan told me they were out of stock but available in a different colour - which I accepted. He immediately sent them by first class post and even refunded me the price difference. Great doing business with them and I will use them again.

In this day and age, especially in these difficult times, good customer service is becoming increasingly harder to come by.

I ordered a jacket off of Amazon but through Cherry Tree Clothing. I went a size too large by mistake and the jacket did not fit properly.

Rather than going through the Amazons returns process I decided to contact Cherry Tree Country Clothing directly. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Bethan is absolutely fabulous and replied almost instantly on every occasion.

The return and exchange process was the easiest I have experienced and I cannot fault them.

I only bought off Amazon as an exception to my rule of buying direct from supplier and when i say that Cherry Tree has gained a life long DIRECT customer, I say it with complete confidence.

First class company to deal with. I ordered a Torrent 3 jacket and didn't see the 15% discount code until after placing the order. I emailed the company and asked if it was possible to apply the discount retrospectively. I was surprised that the discount was forwarded to my PayPal account within an hour. How good is that!

The price was already the same as others and cheaper than my usual website and they take some beating. Cherry Tree don't charge for shipping if the order is greater than £75 unlike the other websites so a win win for the customer.

Cherry Tree Country Clothing processed the return of a pair of trousers, which were too small, quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with their excellent service!

I ordered $110 worth of socks for myself and my husband. They never shipped the socks they never refunded my money. And when I ask why, the shipping isn’t moving after two weeks, they never reply again. This company gets a 4.9 star but is no longer the same apparently. They fill out a label, which shows up in the tracking system, but it never actually ships to the buyer. Extremely disappointed.
