Great customer service. I had planned on buying a leather jacket that day and was planning to look around many shops before making my decision. Superdry was my first point of call and also the one in which I decided upon. The staff were more than happy to help with correct fittings and after I explained I wanted to look around other stores they offered to hold it behind for me for 24 hours if I decided I wanted to come back for it. The leather jacket I bought is beautiful and is a higher quality of leather compared to all of the other shops I visited.

Have never thought to go to super dry but will again after the customer service received. Came to store wanting a specific style coat and was greeted immediately by a young man called Noah asking to help. What an asset to the team in Cardiff, he really went above and beyond to be honest, thoughtful about my purchase and even went out of his way to check the stock room and other stores to ensure I had what I wanted. Would honestly buy here again to have that level of customer service again. Thank you Noah for your patience!

Could be a five star if it had a few more mirrors. That's the only clothes shop I know of, that you need to hunt for a mirror to see what the clothes look like on you. It's annoying and a huge omission. Other than that the store is great, staff is friendly and the merchandise as expected from superdry.

Jason was incredibly helpful, as was his manager. Went out of their way to try and find a coat for me on the system, a job other stores (further down South) couldn't be bothered with. Even when I called HQ regarding this particular item which had sold out, they were clueless. Glasgow Fort went the extra mile to help. Superdry, you are lucky to have these guys in your company.
