I went there to buy something for party and lady just pushing you to buy something they will not leave you alone . I wanted to shop on my own and she was standing and watching me when I change . I knew I didn’t look going in some clothes and she always was saying that I look amazing . I didn’t buy anything she wasn’t happy .

Lovely staff lovely shop make you feel comfortable . Even tried clothes on for me to see if would fit my daughter so helpful

Don't like how desperate the staff are to sell you stuff following you around when your just looking, so off putting its what stops people going in the shop.

Suitable for any occasion and good quality, staff are very helpful and friendly.

Always find something beautiful to purchase. The fit is right and the price is right.

wife felt very pressured to purchase so picked up some stuff. came home and was distressed. phoned the shop to try and explain that the wife didn't want her money back but as she had purchased them off the sales rail there was no exchange even though on the receipt it said 16 days exchange or credit note. no signs to warn you of this so make sure you are 100% sure it's what you want before you pay

I agree with other comments regarding the staff following people around x the woman was stuck to my side like glue throughout my time in the shop which made me feel uncomfortable however I was not pressured into purchasing anything and she was otherwise helpful x I love the clothes I got from there and will definitely shop there in future x although she said they usually don't put items aside, she did for me and the clothes were still waiting for me although I was two hours later than I said I'd be x

I always take my daughter to sorayas for she loves the clothes there , also soraya & husband very helpful very welcoming and great communication, we are very happy with everything I highly recommend, Thank you both so much 😊
