Had amazing service from Karen in Menswear who was exceptionally helpful in assisting my grandson find the right fitting trousers for school today. Very professional....Next will be our first port of call in future.

The furniture in next looks cheap and is over priced. There are better furniture places in the local area that are better quality, rather than the (badly) laminated items on sale here.

That being said, I do like some of their accessories.

Really expensive clothing even when it's on sale which I don't like. Also, if it's on sale it means that it does not have holes in it or a different colour to what you have ordered. Basically the expensive version of primark.

Very poor range of clothes that only fit anorexic men. A 48" jacket was the largest size they had

Left a security tag on my sons suit which he needs for graduation tomorrow and too late now to sort it. Annoying and why didn’t it set the alarm off!

Some nice apparel for men but the women's range leaves a lot to be desired.
