Primark

Very busy large primark store on Broughton Park. Great low prices, good selection of clothes, womens wear downstairs, mens wear upstairs. Regular reduced rails of clothes. Great for holiday clothing and a really good selection of underwear. Queues at the tills can be long. Lots of parking available.

Jumble sale chaos and so crowded in the women's section. I don't mean by people, all the racks, shelves and manikins all squashed and squeezed together to get everything out. It felt claustrophobic.
Wasnt really much of anything I wanted in either. I appreciate we are heading to the end of summer, and had yet another heat wave, but no holiday stuff in, either men's, or children's. Especially the men's. Basically all autumn gear in now

Nice range of clothing but firstly they don't really go above XL across most of their ranges. This wouldn't normally be a problem but, unfortunately the sizes tend to be on the smaller side...... If it wasn't for the smaller sizing it would be a 5* for value and choice..... I am a 6ft 2 person that wears XL clothing and struggled to find anything that would fit me! Pretty poor by modern standards. Primark please catch up with our ever taller audience.

Came in tonight and had amazing customer service from a young lad named Andrew he worked up stairs on kids. He honestly went above and beyond. Good old retail customer service isn’t dead after All! Really impressed Thank you very much .

I downgraded my previous excellent 5 star rating and review to a 3 star as there is very very poor choice of stock in both men's and womens departments there is an excess of small and xs in the mens and 6 and 8 only in the women's. Since covid closed the stores 3 years ago choice of styles and ranges is very poor and limited sizes too. I used to visit Primark and leave with bags of stuff I'd purchased, now on my last 4 visits I've bought absolutely nothing I've left empty handed. I am or at least "pre-covid" was a big Primark fan now the shop is very poor and I often go elsewhere as I can't find anything. Come on Primark get back in the top spot and up your buying game as your losing out. Buy more sizes in main groups and less of the xs and size 6 as that's all that's left on offer! I can't even buy a simple black or white t shirt anymore either very very poor ...

Love looking for clothes in primark as thier prices are really reasonable and there is plenty of choice aswell. Staff are polite and helpful and returns usually are accepted as long as its not lingerie or underwear.

Very big store. Foe women ,kids and men. For clothes and home stuff. U can find make up and perfume also .mobile accessories also.
