I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Albany Road branch in Cardiff for their excellent customer service and advice. The Manageress was very helpful, lending us a basket to carry some extra clothes to the car, and the shop assistant Liam was happy to help, he took my measurements, and went upstairs to check the stock and bring me a pair of trousers in my size, as well as showing me different styles of what I was looking for.

I needed some uniform for customer relations and work-related meetings, so it was great to be directed to what I needed in a helpful and concise manner. My co-worker was encouraged through witnessing the helpful actions of the staff and bought some uniform himself as well.

The staff's service was very helpful, so I will be going there again in the future. I would recommend this store to friends and family the next time they need to buy clothes.

A small shop but a lot of merchandise. Accessible prices and some of them quite good. I have found something for my daughter and I hope that she can enjoy all of them. The sizes are confusing but that’s the store offers. I like the pyjamas.

The staff on Albany Rd are wonderful.
Easy to return unwanted items.
Just a great shop to go to. One of my very favourite shops and love the service.

the lady on the counter was great however they need more staff because she was struggling she was on her own running every where

Staff were friendly and helpful. I still get shocked buy how badly some people treat shop worker's. I don't have a problem waiting to be served be clearly some people do and shout about it
