Matalan

Bought some items online and items have been reduced in price makes you not want order would thought that matalan would have reduced my online order as they reduced items

A wide range of items nicely presented but that's where the complements stop it's far too expensive a lot of the staff are ignorant not really willing to help you often rude even when you ask where to find items the staff should learn manners when dealing with the public or is that too difficult for them won't be going there again

Great shop and the only place around I could find heels at quite short notice. The only downside is the massive queues, but five stars for the great customer service.

Staff are lovely ..but . .waited 35 minutes in the queue today as they've replaced most of the checkouts with self service, absolutely boiling hot ,felt so ill ,

Shocking customer service. Staff directing customers to self service tills that don't work. Very unhelp when the situation was pointed out.

Quick and easy to find what you need.
USED to have plenty of till staff. Unfortunately gone and now just self service and card only. Doesnt help when there were 17 in the que and most wanting to pay cash with just 2 tills man'd. So loses 1 and half stars
That said.3.5star Clothes good quality at competitive prices, and staff on shift very polite and helpful. So ALWAYS go here 1st before going to the monstrosity over the road.

Use merthyr one but ridiculous changeing rooms closed

Managed to get a Regatta coat for under £30, it's fantastic, I love it and looking forward to colder weather to wear it. It it's totally waterproof with taped seams and covers the bum. I also was lucky enough to find Regatta sweat shirts at bargain prices. The staff are helpful at the tills and patient whilst waiting for you to put everything away. Love the place and the staff are great too. Well worth a visit
