Store didn't have anything I wanted in a size 12. Purchased a gift for someone and the security tag was not removed at the till, when trying to exit the store the alarms went off how embarrassing was that. A member off staff came across and in front of customers said can I see your receipt it made me feel like criminal.She stood there reading my receipt like I had stolen something, then she went over to the till to remove the tag and all she said was sorry about that, not good enough she needs to deal with situations like that in a different way with out embarrassing the customers.

Lovely large store. Always clean and bright with friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Can be very busy especially on the ground floor but even with that being said nothing is too much for the staff!

Stacey was brilliant in helping me to find the correct sized shirt for me. I tried on so many. She spent almost an hour trying to find the correct collar/size/colour i was needing. Her patience was exceptional. Unfortunately didnt get what i needed. However the experience will make me shop in store again. As long as Stacey's there. 👍

Visited the store today - and got served by Lisa - when I got home half the items I paid for weren’t in the bag !!!! I am so annoyed - and have been on hold now for 20 mins trying to ring back through the store. She was so busy chatting away and packed the bag under the counter ( which I thought was odd at the time ) I didn’t realise until I got home . Terrible !!!! Purchasers beware ! And I’m still on hold trying to get back through to the store !

I was looking to buy clothes for my Nieces but didn’t quite have the eye for what went with what in colours. I managed to find Gurbir Kaur who kindly helped me to choose the right outfits I was looking for. Gurbir was very helpful. Thank you. 👍🏼

Busy but queues go down quickly

I have just returned items to this store and the service i have received by the member of staff on the till was absolutely shocking .
This was bwcause i did not want to leave my items in the yellow bins and said i woukd rather stay and return them . There was no one else in front of me and at that point no one behind me .
She told me that she was to busy to be doing the return !!!!
I have shipped in this store for a few years niw and have never had this terrible service , and a lot of the staff always talk to me as i have shopped here for so lobg now
I wont be shopping here again i am sorry to say

Great store with lots of bargains to be had for all ages. If you don't wish to shop in store you can Click and Collect which is good and very easy to do.
