The manager in this store is the most ignorant and rude person I have ever had the displeasure to meet. I spend a lot of money in this shop and used to really enjoy shopping there. I will not spend another penny there till that particular manager is replaced. Note to senior management : You need to replace her fast because that kind of attitude will cost you customers. Please can you give a description of the lady you are talking about. I dont think its the actual store manager you are talking about. But feel free to ring the store and talk to myself regarding the matter. Very sorry you had a bad experience in our store i hope we can resolve it.

Nice shop but when I went in there was not a good selection of sizes

Wasn't able to come out with what I came for. Only a small selection of jewellery which wasn't very good and I couldn't find any underwear/lingerie above a size 18-20. Disapointed.

On the very rare occasion of visiting this shop, I usually find a good quality article of clothing which is reasonably priced.

Always love a browes... Underwear section great. Staff always nice.
