We visited the outlet park today looking for a 3 piece suit.
When searching online, Skopes seemed to have the latest trends, best quality, great reviews and discounts off quality clothing.

Very pleased with the service we received.

Immediately greeted by an amazing member of staff who made our entire time at the store a breeze by helping my partner find the perfect suit. He also suggested that we have a quick look around the rest of the suit shops in the retail park to make sure we weren’t just buying the first one we saw! He kept it to the side until we were back and even offered for my partner to try it again to make sure it was *the one*.

All of the staff really were friendly and bent over backwards to assist everyone and anyone who came in through the door; offering size measuring and honest opinions whilst being very presentable, smart, and smiley.

All of this plus the wide selection of styles, colours, and sizing, made our visit so pleasant and definitely sealed the deal on where our first choice suit store will be!

Each time I visit this store for a new suit I am greeted with excellent customer service and made to feel welcome. The older guy in the store really knows his stuff when it I’m looking for different suits for special occasions. There’s also a young lad who also goes above and beyond for me. Great suits, great prices and exceptional customer service.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

The manager of this store is an absolute gentleman. We had our suits pre booked for a wedding but due to unforeseen circumstances with my little one we had to postpone. He ensured we got a full refund on everything and he was amazing with us through the whole process.
I will absolutely be buying my suits when the next date is closer from Skopes Bridgend. Fabulous service!

I have bought numerous suits from this store. Staff are usually friendly but not today. Shop empty and hopefully will improve. Needed to buy two suits today too. Another shop will now have my custom. 😢

I went to 3 other shops before reaching skopes, not one person has asked me if I needed help. There were 2 people working in skopes and instantly someone asked me if I required assistance. From help picking a suit, the right fitting, advice on how to wear it best, to the finer details such as shirt and tie, pocket square shoes and cufflinks. A really great service. Would recommend and will definitely be back when I require another suit. Thanks ladies! Top service!

Excellent customer service, and the advise on fitting and sizing was perfect. This will be my first port of call in the future when I need quality service and formal clothing.
