Nice store, nice people, its just the mens section is tiny. Tried to squeeze a mens & home section on the same floor, to the detriment of both. One or the other, probably the home should of been catalogue only.

Large store with home, men, women's and children's departments. Can pick up online orders and very good staff management and customer service.

The thing I love about Next is the consistent high standard, it doesn't matter which store I go to, or where it is, the high service standards, the cleanliness and immaculate layout of the store never fails to impress and this store is no exception! Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.

Staff pounce on you, very unpleasant.

Simply awful customer service. I was speaking to one member of staff, when another one interrupted with what I can only assume was the intention of being incredibly rude and unhelpful; after saying her piece she walked off without offering any help whatsoever. A sore best avoided!

Served by a lovely young girl, petite and brown hair, not sure of her name.
Manager was rude to her and customers. Just felt awful for the girl serving!❤️
