I have used tees r us on previous occasions as it is the only place you can buy certain school uniforms. The gentleman who works in the shop has incredibly poor customer service. The school uniform I ordered failed to be delivered on two promised occasions and the best I got from him was that it would be here soon. Couldn’t elaborate further on soon and just shrugged his shoulders. Poor attitude. Poor customer service, avoid at all costs unless you like been spoken to like an infant. On the other hand, the ladies who work in the shop are very helpful and polite and I get the impression that they are the only reason for return business. Wish there were other places you can buy school uniforms because I don’t want to return or give them any more of my money.

I bought two embroidery machines from this company just over a year ago. Promises of aftersales service were made, bearing in mind these were over £8500. The aftersales service is carried out predominantly through a Whatsapp converstaion. I have to say he was quite prompt in getting back to me in the beginning. However, when one machine consistantly went wrong and he essentially blamed us for the faults that kept occuring, even though the second machine was fine, we had a difference of opion. I was always polite and professional in my replies to him, but he has an anger management issue and has gone into a sulk. Now we have a problem that we need some advice over and he has refused to answer my requests for help. I have been very patient until now, but I think people who invest in his products need to know. All is well until something goes wrong with a machine and he disagrees with the customer over what has caused it.
