Took my grand daughter age 10 shopping for clohes for her birthday coming up,what a wonderful experience we had, The display of the children's clothes, was spot on, there was a young girl working at that time,her service was incredible, my grand daughter felt special, we were there almost 2 hours, it was a experience for me with my grand daughter I will never forget... Thank you to river island x

Very good range of clothing. River Island always have a lovely collection. Staff are however pretentious and unfriendly at this store, would have a much more pleasant experience shopping online.

Friendly staff and a nice shop to browse around. Music is a bit too loud though. When your paying for your things and your asking a question ,you have to shout to be heard 😲😲😲

Since covid iv found theres not much range of womens wear her. They have taken half the floor up with children's wear which is fine but given the mens part more room ,where the children's was with the mens clothing.

River Island is always my favourite shop but was a little unhappy today. Waiting to purchase my items and no staff at the till. Waited for a good 5 minutes and then had to go and find someone on the shop floor to serve me.
Not too great customer service this time

Had to go in cos I was with my missus, music was alright, they sell lots of clothes, changing rooms are open again which is great cos I meant I was on there for ages
