What can I say - incredible service, staff and an all-welcoming atmosphere.
Having been in Monmouth for less than 2 hours and having already had a sour taste in my mouth from my shocking treatment at Weatherpoons previously, my day was turned around and my high quality new garments were exactly what I needed to recover from my initial experience.
Highly recommended experience, quality clothes and the perfect place to visit if you have been treated badly that day.

The future of this shop is still uncertain although the chain has been bought by a consortium with a senior executive from EWM in charge.
The manager probably didn't want to give us this information so came across as sarcastic and unhelpful.
