Just Hype. HQ Address

Order placed and like many other comments on here money taken promptly. Order did arrive but none of the products received is what i have ordered. I have tried various times to email and no response, this company is a total and utter joke. Nobody should waste their time ordering from here because you will never get what paid for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Absolutely shocking service. Let me order an item that was out of stock, took a week to let me know and still took the money. 2 weeks later I'm still awaiting a refund or any acknowledgement to my emails. DO NOT USE!!!!

Placed an order in September......still not arrived. Like everyone no customer service contact number. Emailed, tried social media repeatedly and no one replies. Even resorted to contacting the CEO who read my message and never replied! Will never order from here again. Nearly £100 of my money for kids clothes and nothing. Is this not theft???

Paid next day delivery to receive it 3 weeks later and the delivery driver to come at 6am!!! What a joke and no way of contacting them other then email and had no reply also one of the items I ordered has been sent in the wrong size !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! Wish I read reviews beforehand. Item came 2 weeks late so my daughter didn’t have it for back to school. When enquired just keep getting ignored, I even think my email address has been blocked. AVOID THIS COMPANY

i went to the hype sample sale, and a lovely girl called jade served me. she went above and beyond to help me find a product i was looking for! have never experienced customer service at such a high level, she’s a credit to your company! thanks for the care bear help😂xxxxxx

I wont ever buy from this company again..ordered £60 worth to have a bag and bottle missing!!! Customer service is disgusting....all you ever get is...the order has been delivered!! Totally shocking!! I have actually wasted £100s on there site. Looks like my kids will be having another better branded clothing!! Do not order online at all there shocking and refuse to help you!!!

I ordered 11.30pm on Tuesday, it was delivered before 11.30am on Saturday. I was emailed a few times about my delivery whilst waiting.

Sales and email offers were AMAZING at HYPE (50% off), cheaper than ordering from NEXT. And free delivery.

I ordered men's, women's and children's clothing. All the items were perfect, great quality, thick material, gorgeous colours and true to size. They look so good on!

I also bought a school bag directly from HYPE, it was delivered within a few days and that was also great quality. Although it would be amazing if the school bags had a water bottle holder at the side, all primary children take bottles into school daily. It almost stopped me from purchasing it. She's already spilt water over her books this year.

I've had no issues with them whatsoever, which pleased me after reading all their negative reviews.

Can't wait for spring to get my little ones more clothes from here 🙈🙊
