We bought some parcels for children, ladies and men. Everything was ok. It was quick too.

We purchased £2500 worth of goods from Top Down Trading. When it arrived it was not what we had ordered. They supplied us with an invoice for children's clothes but we in fact received poor quality imported adult clothes. Many items were soiled, damaged, torn and faded. We have tried to communicate with the director of the company Mr Somnez without success. We are now in the process having to issue County Court Proceedings against the company. Appalling.

I have purchased children's clothing container and everything went very well. The company also supports transport and customs clearance. Looking forward to our new deal.

Non existent customer service. Emails go unanswered. Phone rings very rarely someone answers. Website stated orders for small boxes are shipped same day or next working day.
I placed an order for £700 on the 16th of January, today is the 25th still no sign of anything.
At one point the owner did email me back last week, he promised it would get shipped on monday, it's Wednesday today and no notification of any shipment.
Called again today (Thursday, 26th Jan) was told to call back later. This is getting ridiculous.
