Hi, Finally after three years booking the Edinburgh Tattoo it was on we were going, and Red Rose was going to take us. Due to unforeseen circumstance are pick up was changed ,so what, we were still going, We were advised all the way about are pick up red rose would ring us to keep us up to date. The coach pulled in and wow what a ride Steve the driver wasted no time getting the bags loaded and getting us settled on board, WHAT A GENTLEMAN SO PROFESSIONAL, The coach was top class full leather, full reclining, individual TV loaded with loads of films and tv programmes even my mother in law was entertained. The driver was a first class driver the ride was second to none informed all the way, information was all ways paramount.I have to say when we were picked up we didnt know that delays had started the night before due to road accidents but steve was there as soon as his rest time was up, it was a first class journey up to edinburgh

BROKE OUR TRUST FROM DAY ONE NOT SORTING REFUND DRIVER NEVER PASSED ON OUR RECEIPT POOR SERVICE SO THEY STOLE FROM PENSIONERS.
can change review you only caused do to my uncomfortable journey caused and no one contacted us to apologise first just wasted three weeks contacting you.
THIS COMPANY CANT BE TRUSTED THEY ARE LIARS
We phoned this company three times got a different story as excuse every-time no sorry first did not get any receipt for compensation handed in from driver that Nichola promised every-time we would get reimbursed.
Second call said can’t find and don’t have the receipt so we sent a list of items with a copy or receipt .
Third time owner said he will not refund any of our money not even the receipt for items there company made us purchase why say we could purchase then do this to us.

Liars this company are liars was promises were broken we trusted as did not expect anyone would breaks there promise wish I had recorded her more saying these thinks but did not get all conversation or her face. Don’t know as a company why they said our items will be returned by driver or refund. Owner told woman driver Nichola we could purchase replacement neck supports due to my ear problem had an expensive memory foam neck support and they promised many times looks like it was just to get rid us going home and as we live too far away can’t go around a complain in person.
We did at least expect a reimbursement for them and never did that as well even when all our item were promised we will get at end of holiday posted to us. Coach was locked when our items went missing no one broke onto we was last off that day so only staff and a School was allowed onto our coach that morning so either theft was Jat old driver, Cleaners, owner of the Company or School children or the teachers on the coach and owner was not nice on phone and did not take responsibility and never apologised once for what had happened but upset because I said my bottle of drink was missing from net at back of the seat. ( I sent email apology)And no apology for items moving to safe place would have save us writing this review. And a part refund for some items would have been a good gesture but no.

Had the pleasure of being a passenger on a 4 day paris break booked via gold crest holidays, (23rd to 26th oct) Mark the driver and his daughter Ruby were brill, kept us informed at every step of the journey and couldnt do enough for us, Mark was a great driver nice and smooth we felt very safe, thank you, and thanks to the other drivers involved over the 4 days who were great too

My wife and a group of her friends have just returned to Wakefield from Thursford Spectacular. Their break was booked through Palmers of Wakefield who had impressed on Red Rose the need for a good quality coach. The “Starliner” provided fitted the bill perfectly and the driver was a gem!
Thanks to all concerned, the women are buzzing about the whole experience and will be looking with Red Rose again. What more could be said?

Worst coach company about! 1 star is a blessing for these jobsworth incapable thief’s. We hired a coach for a trip down to Bristol the driver turned up seen us took and extra £50 on top of the £800+ we had paid in advance then in his words said ‘I’ll go get a worse coach for you lot give me 20 minutes’ The driver and the company then didn’t answer their phone for a good hour to then tell us they weren’t coming back. The company still owe £50 and aren’t paying. Wouldn’t get on a red rose coach again.

If you do decide to use this company be prepared to be left stranded at Chorley service station. The driver was a absolute lunatic and needs some counselling. After a speedy, easy going journey there the driver decided to turn into a complete freak on the way back. He told all 50 passengers to exit the coach leaving us stood clueless in the Chorley service station car park. He locked all our bags and personal items on the coach and walked off not to be seen for half an hour, after telling us it would be a 5 minute toilet break. The police then arrived and he told them we would have to make our own way home from there. After a long time of convincing we got a police escort home and made it home 1 or 2 hours later than necessary.

Our journey right from the off was immediately off to a bad start with the use of our toilet being out of service for reasons that where not explained to us or pre warned. The driver then said to carry on using the toilet even though it wasn’t working or flushing and he wasn’t bothered in the slightest. We then got to our destination and couldn’t wait to get off.
After having our day out he then picked us up and said we where not allowed any of our belongings to be on the coach and forced us to either throw them away or put them under the coach, again with no reason or explanation. Our way home was then very much dampened with no toilet, food, drink or clothes to change into. After taking us the completely opposite direction onto A roads and lying to us saying that the motorway had delays and he was taking us a quicker way home he then made us stop an hour away from home at a services and forced everyone to get off the bus for 5 minutes with no explanation as why. 20 minutes had passed in this time with 55 people sat waiting in the pouring rain wondering where our driver had gone, we couldn’t find him anywhere in the services, he had completely disappeared with all our belongings still locked under the bus. Shortly after the police had arrived and said that he felt he needed officers on his coach. The police themselves said it was a complete waste of there time when they have much more important things to be doing on a Saturday night. He then refused to let anyone on the bus without police presence. He then finally took us a bizarre route home through country roads wasting everyone’s time. He had planned it all along and it was an absolute disgrace and complete waste of polices time and money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolute disgrace of a return journey. This company and in particular the driver whom I do not know the name is accountable for ruining the evening for 50 people on board the coach. After several unwanted stops where we voiced our concerns, the driver made every person get off the coach and stand in the rain while he waited in the service station phoning police claiming damage to the coach, bare in mind it was spotless as we cleaned up every time we were forced to leave. I hope this company goes bankrupt and the driver goes to therapy. If i had the choice of walking or using this company again I’d have sore feet. Never use red rose travel bunch of con artists psychopaths.
