went on an organised trip to London this weekend. organiser told.less than 24hrs before trip bus wouldn't be able to drop off at hotel. we had a 12 to 15 minute walk along cobbled walkway amongst 100s of tourits to reach hotel. DJ thomas staff were not helpful and basically offered organiser a refund if she didn't like it. N ot a solution when she had 50 people travelling the next morning. Will never travel with this company again!!!

Amazing service from this coach company during a weekend away to see the Swans last weekend. The drive Neil was exceptional and I would highly recommend the company for any trip (long or short)

I sympathise with Neil Morgan on the loss of the contents of his wallet.
My Nikon camera was left on a coach which returned from Durham on Friday August 30th.
All enquires as to its whereabouts have been met with a negative response.
Very mysterious and disappointing.

Had a wonderful day trip to Hay on Wye on May 19th. Everything from the coach to the driver Mark was brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble for him brilliant driver. Looking forward to going to Bournemouth for weekend in October. Definitely 5stars for this company.

Myself and two friends recently went on a day trip to Monmouth and the Brecon steam railway and had a lovely day. Our driver Wayne told us he had recently joined the firm and had only been with you five weeks - he was polite, helpful and had a lovely sense of humour. We are sure he will be a big asset to the company and we hope to see him on future trips!

Very disappointed and disgusted with replying to my complaints.we booked a 2 day excursion to longleat Festival of lights. Including coach travel Hotel b&b evening meal entry to park festival of lights and entry to view longleat House.on the 2nd day we were informed there had been a mistake in the advert and we could not enter the house even though it was part of the advertising. Rip off
