Good service and quality solid fuels

Let me down, took days off work to do work in my garden and no decency to let me know they cancelled my order. Had to ring every day for 7 working days to see what's happening with my order, as they don't ring you back when they say they will. Bought lots from this company in the past, but will never buy from them again. Like to give my money to local business, but for what?

Got all we needed.

I’ve been making phone contact for over a week, leaving messages asking them to return my calls. I have sent a letter and e mails too, but they never respond.very poor communication.

Well worth the visit after being recommended by friends bought five bags of smokeless coal. Will be placing order for Half ton Tobe delivered.
