We visited Mercato and wanted to get some great gin cocktails.

They have a nice menu and promoted their classic cocktails.

We asked for a Gimlet, the most classic gin cocktail in the world and a classic. They had never heard of it and the bartender was more interested in his phone.

The gin and tonics we ended up getting were nice but how can you get them wrong.

Not worth the visit.

Nice place to go eat and drink something. A lot of choices of food only one minus- is too hot inside.

Awesome place. Highly recommend a visit. Lots of choice for food, but the Gins are the best. Set in a stunning converted church as well.

We ordered our drinks, they made them for us, then their payment system went down, so we couldn't pay for them. We already sipped from our drinks, so not like they could have given them to anyone else. Yet they wouldn't let us have the drinks because they couldn't take the payment. We even offered to come back in a few mins and try to pay again, as we wanted to go back to our friends. Excellent customer service, not going back for sure.

Really bad service. The guy made my cocktail by reading a cheat sheet behind the bar. Every steps he needs to refer to the cheat sheet. He even doesn’t know which tool/ingredients he has to use. I have never seen people making cocktail like this. Not surprise - the cocktail turns out really bad. I made my comment to another staff and hope I can get a refund. But she said taste depends on people preference so no refund. If you would like this kind of service and cocktail please go ahead :)

Delicious cocktails! We tried the mayfair with ginger and mint, the autumn/fall theme, one very creamy that was our favourite and a pink one one lavender that was very refreshing. Fast and friendly service in a lovely venue, you can grab some food and seat and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere

Crikey this place blew my mind away! What an unbelievable venue inside a grand old church which has been rennovated to house lots of little artisan food and drink counters. I found the Jim and Tonic gin bar at the back of the venue on the altar. My gin and tonic was unreal. What's more they actually distill their own gin which was a pleasant surprise.I tried their flagship Mediterranean gin which the barman explained they make using rosemary and other herbs. Was delish! Will def come back again 😁

Unique location for a bar, restaurants and grocery shop. It’s an old church converted into social areas. If you go in the afternoon on a weekday you should easily find tables.
