This is a beautiful venue and perfect for a party space. Visited the rooftop garden space for a friend’s birthday during their Domican Independence Day celebrations. It was sunny, but as the day went by it did become quite cold as the heaters stayed off until late afternoon. They had an animated live band, with salsa dancers encouraging patrons to dance with them. The sound was VERY loud and difficult to hear others. If you’re okay with the sound, it was quite a good time to get ip and have a dance.

The cocktails were delicious (the tropical storm was stunning). All service is via an app which is a bit frustrating as you’re charged service on every drink despite being 3 metres from the bar. Sometimes they would come in 5 minutes, others 20.

The food was very disappointing. It took an hour after ordering for it to arrive. I had the chicken burger and fries and it arrived cold, next to no sauce on the burger, and soggy fries. The others at the table had ordered earlier and they described the food as being much better. The kitchen also closed for 1-2 hours to seemingly deal with all the delivery orders which was frustrating for half the party.

The staff was really kind. They allowed us to slightly over stay our reservation until the next party arrived.

Persistence is the word: if you try to walk in in the evening it's likely they are fully booked. So plan well ahead and make a reservation. Dominican food is fresh and tasty, great to share too. Cocktails are pricey but totally worth it. Terrace becomes a greenhouse on hot days so book inside as there is AC.

The club is opposite Peckham Rye station, it could be hidden for people coming from Rye Lane (just head to the station and turn left before the entrance)

I went here for the Brotherhood of Breath gig yesterday. The roof garden is fabulous. Food is excellent and both food and drinks were served quickly by professional smiling staff.

If I didn’t live so far away I would love this as a regular drinking hole.

Really lovely rooftop bar. Great atmosphere. Food was great too. The fried chicken was to die for.

Atmospheric lounge / cocktail bar on the first floor and a rooftop bar on the top (covered in the winter). Nice drinks and good service. The lounge is very comfy with dim lights, life music on weekends, perfect for a date or just to hang out with friends

An elegant and fun venue, the layout and decor never fails to impress. It has downstairs rooms and a rooftop, which in winter is covered to keep the warmth in - there are also lots of floor heaters - despite this it still can be a bit chilly there in winter so I recommend bringing a coat.

There is often live music, sometimes on a stage on the rooftop, for our visit the live music was inside, the inside area is cozy and nicely lit so a perfect place for a date.

The food is currently by an independent pop-up called Boca Chica.
I was really excited to try Dominican food but sadly was disappointed as while all of our dishes were nicely seasoned they were really, really dry. So while it isn't necessary the venue's fault about thr food, I wouldn't recommend for dinner (but most definitely recommend the cocktails and bar).

The venue staff are also not that friendly or attentive, we had been left a long time without any service (venue also uses a QR code) but still no one checked to see if we were ok or needed drinks- we'd have spent a lot more if they had.
Still though, all things considered, it really is a special venue and definitely worth a visit - also a good place to consider if you're having a birthday party or a gathering, the venue is also available for private hire.

Great and cozy venue for the spoken word poetry event I attended, nice rooftop bar and reasonably priced drinks, with a happy hour! Food was lovely, especially the spicy chicken wings. Will definitely be coming back!
