Adam served us tonight, customer service was excellent. He made us feel really welcome.

Stood and delivered the best service I’ve had at a pub in a long time. Would return very soon.

Took my parents for lunch. Food was delicious reasonable priced. Staff are friendly

Great girls day out. We were supposed to go into Birmingham but couldn't due to train strikes, so the Slug got our business and a good choice it was. Went for the Bottomless Brunch, excellent value. Staff were brilliant; they were short staffed when we arrived, but the manager (?) was brilliant really looked after us. It was a great way to start the Xmas season. Thank you.

Came to slug and Lettuce Bromsgrove today with girls for my friends birthday. Bottomless brunch, amazing food, really tasty. Such attentive staff, keeping us topped up with prosecco, we are big drinkers, just keep bringing bottles to the table. Amazing service and at a fabulous price. Highly recommend. Thank you

Do NOT buy food here, worst place I've ever eaten. 6 in our group and not 1 person had nice food. Overcooked, some undercooked and things not the same as what you think you ordered. When a member of staff was asked about the sharing tray he came back and said they were out of small burger buns. (Photos of what it should of looked like below, nothing like it when it came). Never said so no choice was given , used sliced baguette instead of mini burger buns. Calamari overcooked and so was the chicken burger. So disappointed. Cocktails are very good, music and atmosphere is nice.

Went to the slug and lettuce last night and if you are looking for a night out in a good pub, this could work well. Decor and layout lovely and all areas well decorated so lovely there. Food looks good except you would need to get past some members of the bar team eating behind the bar, licking their fingers, wiping their hands in their hair then serving your food and drinks and no discretion at all. I expect it is challenging finding decent staff. One bar guy actually blew his nose on a cloth, stuck it up his nose and then proceeded to serve drinks, hygiene I would say a huge challenge, cannot imagine ordering food, what must the back of house be like????

Been here a few times and never had a problem but this time no communication between staff and one member was so rude to me and my daughter when she brought our drinks over when another member of staff had already brought them over. These had been ordered on the app when we ordered our food and it took 3 attempts to get any drinks; will be quite sometime, if ever, that we frequent this place again
