My boyfriend and I came here for new years eve and absolutely loved it! It was busy but with the right crowd. The music was a mix of 80s and 90s which we loved! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great! We stayed until the early hours, definitely recommend!

Distilled Republik make some really great cocktails. They actually take the time to make a proper cocktail and don't rush it out ',mass produce" or dilute their drinks with juice like other cocktail bars. Their daquiris are made as they should be with just Rum, Lime and Sugar Syrup, no frills but extremely delicious.

Was having a really nice night dancing with my partner and all of a sudden the bouncer came and aggressively grabbed my partner and chucked him out for no reason will not be returning I am a barmaid and I understand the bouncers have a job to do but that was a joke we had full drinks and had done nothing wrong and he would not give a reason for asking him to leave

Was ordered our drinks, than after payment suddenly the security rudely removed me from the lplace saying im too drunk, that suppose to be my first drink of the night as I just finished work. Never in my entire life I felt so unwelcomed. Ruined my whole night, when I asked if at least i can have my refund for my payment for my drinks i never had they laughed and wanted proof, i was showing them and apart from being threatened by the police nothing happened. If i could i would give minus 5 stars for the whole place. They let me in clearly without a problem, don't see what happened 3 mins later between i took my jacket off and paid for drinks we never had. Disrespectful, rude people who are only accusing others. I'm working in hospitality but never afford anything similar to myself or to stuff. Absolute disappointment. Was hardly able to grab my things before i been "escorted" outside.

Another Historic venue and is today the funkiest joint in Ipswich! Historically great DJs and great DJs today. The staff do an excellent job with very quick service even with great footfall. If you want a funky night, go here! ❤ 💃
