The Parlour

It's high end place in this posh neighborhood, and inside atmosphere is brilliant. They have outside beer garden with heather under the big umbrella.
They don't have access for disabilities toilet because it's in the basement and hopefully they'll add some bins in all the toilet.

Had a fantastic evening at the Parlour. Only been in for a quick drink before so sat there for a few hours. Drinks were made really well and cheaper than town! Friday night, had two for £10 and some were on special offers. Towards the end of the night, a gentleman came round asking for last orders. Brought them over to us! Staff were pleasant and had a fantastic evening! Perfect place to catch up and chat over a nice drink!

Lovely decore and fantastic afternoon tea. Staff is lovely and the coffee is just as nice. Inside is the kind of place that makes you want to stay for one drink. Wonderful place in West Bridgeford

Excellent night had by all in the Parlour. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and some amazing cocktails. Nice place to celebrate a birthday, thanks for a really great night.

Nice drinks and lovely bar staff, DJ was great. Very misogynistic in the male bathrooms (lots of adult material on the walls). Decoration needs redoing.

AWFUL.... Would have given minus stars if I could have!
Advise all to avoid at all costs!
Having already purchased 1x round of drinks we decided to have a second.... what a mistake this was!
When we finally got served, we placed an order and the bar maid started pouring these.. mid way through, she deemed it acceptable to go and change the toilet roll without even telling us... she was gone for 15 minutes 🤯
Upon her return she continued to pour the remainder of the order.
When asked what happened / why she had disappeared for such a length of time and she told us the reason, I advised that this was poor customer service. At which point, the manger of this poor excuse of a bar approached with an attitude "what did you say" - I then repeated that I felt the customer service was not good and his response to this, was "that's it. get out - your barred". After getting the rest of our party and explaining that we were leaving to them... the manger came from around the bar got very aggressive and confrontation to the point that their door staff were apologising on the bars behalf for the so called managers actions......

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Owners need to seriously reconsider the managers that they hire!!!!!
