Starbucks Coffee

Went around midday and it looked busy but the staff were lovely and the person who served me was called Jack, Jack was really lovely and made me feel welcome also offered me a new syrup shot to try in my drink that I got and it made it 10x better. Thank you for a lovely visit, I was rather anxious this day going into Starbucks but the service made the visit nice and I felt at ease.

Love Starbucks. Enjoyed having a cup of tea and some crisps while working at Starbucks.

First time visit. Lovely staff great cappuccino. Usually go Costa but Costa wasn't open. Bumped into a friend I used work with too so qreat to catch up with him

Located at High Street in the shopping precint.
I stopped there to have seasonal coffee - pumpkin latte.
Friendly baristas.
Needs a bit of TLC to refresh the interior.

The place was quite dirty seats was sticky newdwd 2 be washed down. Toilet door didnt lock propably the wife had 2 stand outside when another lady went in.

Really disappointed with the place ,it was grubby and tired ,the paint work and floors were dirty
The cup of tea ordered was so milky with a tea bag floating in it ,even after two teabags it was still milky and undrinkable
There was not enough staff as the tables all needed clearing
The staff were pleasant enough ,toilets were ok too

We we're there as they were closing the gingerbread latte was lovely. No sugar needed as quite sweet.

Didn't try food so only reason gave average mark. The service is always friendly and polite with a smile. Always a nice relaxing atmosphere which for me is perfect.
