Costa Coffee

Fantastic service. Ordered the wrong drink by mistake but Cass was so nice and gave me the drink I wanted hassle free and at no charge. She was so friendly. Thank you Cass!

Absolutely disgrace, broken , dirty tables outside, no one bother to clean , rubbish everywhere , avoid big time.

I struggled to find a clean area to eat, not from old cups but from the tables and chairs. All the chairs are very stained to a point you didn’t really want to sit on them, the floor was filthy and the whole place just felt dirty.

Excellent service at this coffee shop. The girls are always very welcoming and always upbeat. I love coming here.

Pretty much every chair is stained . It feels very dirty in here . The staff are friendly so no issue there but costa need to inspect it . It's not acceptable

My favorite costa in stevenage. The quality of coffee is one level better than other ones.toilets are tidy and clean
Staff are friendly and I have seen them many times helping costumers especially elderly people which is nice
