Starbucks Coffee

Quick service but unfortunately the barrister (Leah) told me there was no caffeine in the chai tea latte when there clearly was. She treated me like I was crazy for asking if they did decaf! Not happy with the service at all, I work front of house and I manage to do it with a polite friendly attitude so it is possible.

Really nice and caring staff; good beef paninis; good location and enough seats

Poor service from the girl at the till with a name tag of Klaudia. The 2 other assistants were nice & seemed as shocked as us about her throwing paper cups at them & generally being unkind & unprofessional. Tables left in a mess, too.

And a general comment: Starbuck’s food options seem to have lower calories and fat than many other chains…

Not a great fan of coffee but this place is nice to have a calming drink in grand arcade.

Absolutely no eggnog latte. No idea why Starbucks mentioned it's back when NOWHERE IN CAMBRIDGE and I visited 6x of them - is this drink. I understand its limited and available just once a year but what a coincidence that all starbucks do not sell it... 🤔 probably just marketing thing so my advice: don't even bother to visit... 29.12.2022 this drink cannot be found anywhere... also Starbucks- don't you think if this is THAT popular that you have sold out, you should restock? Especially its just ONCE A YEAR?

Eggnog latte is so good. I love a Starbucks. This one is ok. Can be busy and need to wait

I like this Starbucks. It's in a good location in the Grand Arcade, but it does get very, very busy, and during peak times it's impossible to find a seat. The area is open too, and some of the seating is outside the store itself, so it can be rather noisy and crowded if you go during busy times. The store is clean, the staff are lovely and friendly, and they've never got my order wrong. Would recommend.
