Costa Coffee

No sanitizing between customers, people were clearing tables themselves so they could sit down.. We were there for about 45 min. No staff were clearing tables or sweeping floor. Floor was a mess. 4 staff chatting behind counter We were given toilet paper on trays instead of napkins.. If I could give it no stars I would.. Disgusting...

Ordered the Ginger iced tea at the drive through.

What was handed over at the window, looked like Worzel Gummidges bath water.

No ice in it either, it's in the name!
I'm not expecting brain freeze with every sip but I'm expecting a bit more than the temperature of tap water.

Clean, friendly Costa, ordered drinks but didn't realise the Costa was shut so we're slightly confused when they took our order, we paid and then they told us. It was nice outside so we sat there. Drinks were as advertised but they didn't have a few of the syrups in so limited. Friendly staff, although hard to hear what they were saying above all the noise and behind the perspex.

We often go to this Costa, as it is easily accessible for us. The staff are always nice, but we had an extremely nice and friendly experience with an employee called Jackson. From the outset he was very kind and friendly towards us, very talkative and just lovely to be served by. Thank you, Jackson!

I go to the drive-through and get a Terry's orange hot chocolate 9 tines out of 10. It's a plain hot chocolate

I went through the drive thru recently to get a hot chocolate while on my way somewhere else. Ordering was easy but I was left waiting at the window for a good 10 minutes after pulling up and paying. Several members of staff went by with no acknowledgement of me having been sitting there for so long, until one person realised I was still there waiting and apologised, handing me my drink. I'm guessing I was forgotten about and that my drink had been sitting there a while, as it was less hot chocolate and more tepid chocolate. Sadly, I did not realise this until I had left the drive thru. As I was going elsewhere after this, and had no way of reheating my drink, it ended up in the bin. Not impressed.

Staff a little down beat and reflects when the talk to you.Wife needed toilet as had travelled to area (Hospital) but unable to use one as locked and other blocked by boxes ,bit of a hazard both trip and fire.
Coffee was normal Costa coffee

Prompt service and as the kids are back to school nice and quiet

Things have certainly improved here recently with a new team in place 🙃
