Caffè Nero

Easy parking. Nice, big Caffe Nero with a decent amount of seating outside as well as in. Inside is clean and comfy. Outside can sometimes require tables to be cleared more often than they are, at busy times. Staff are friendly and helpful and the quality of the drinks is good.

Looking a bit tired now. Furniture tatty and the lack of soft spaces makes it grim, even in summer. Drinks are nice, offers are good and staff friendly.

The toilets are disgraceful.

Pretty grubby. Dirty toilets, not cleaned for two days. Dirty tables not cleared despite being very quiet.

Convenient location and I enjoy cafe Nero drinks HOWEVER some of the staff, especially the manager are really rude and not welcoming at all. The cafe is never cleaned properly. I ordered a click and collect order and had to wait 18 minutes when I arrived at the cafe. I asked the manager after 5 minutes where my order was and she rolled her eyes, passed a slip of paper to her colleague and then went and sat in the back room and started drinking a coffee!! No apology or nothing! I had 2 kids waiting in the car so was not happy. If your running behind you should help your staff. Unfortunately this isn't the first experience of rudeness from the upper level staff and I won't be returning to this store again!

staff and brews decent but tatty all round, desperately needs a refit and when the doors are open at both ends its freezing in winter, last time i was in i saw a draught freeze an old biddy solid, tragic. block off the push door at the side and put a heater in.

Not good, food display was half empty, but the hygiene was appalling throughout. I was fairly quiet but 2 of the 3 on shift didn't even acknowledge us being there. Drinks were good. Admittedly it looked like they were having the floor relayed at the time I visited but as a food service business, hygiene is hygiene and should always 100% on point! The dust was that bad we could write our names on the area behind our heads where we were sat.

I think people are quite clicky about where they go for coffee and Nero, whenever possible is my choice of place. I find some of the other outlets (who shall remain nameless) coffee to be a tad weak which is not to be said for Neros. No extra shots needed unless you need to be wired for some reason lol!!!
