Costa Coffee

Well my peach iced tea did not taste nice. So the lovely member of staff suggested that I have the strawberry flavoured version which tasted a bit better. When my mother and I left the Costa the door slammed on my finger, it still hurts now. That door needs looking at cos it's dangerous

The staff were great. They exchanged my coffee when someone got me the wrong one. They were very understanding and changed it to the correct one without hesitation!!

Not the biggest shop but staff were really polite and made me feel very welcome with a very friendly demeanour. I have oat or coconut milk and not everyone does them justice but they made my coffee perfectly so really nice visit.

I ordered my Costa on Deliveroo and at first everything was good, didn’t take too long to deliver at all.

When I opened my food bags the mango bubble tea had zero bubbles in it whatsoever,
My Cajun pizza wrap never made an appearance and instead I got a garlic bread/mozzarella bread thing?

And 2 small details, on the items they got correct the caramel sprinkles on my drink had been chucked on one side of the drink and the bacon bap only had one slice of bacon in it.

I noticed the store has no number you can call and no efficient way of filing complaints whatsoever. For the overpriced food you’d think you’d at least get good customer service.

A bit tiny place. Pricey, Costa forgets that at the end of the day its only A cafe' and NOT Chef Ramsey's kitchen. Smudges and finger prints on my lattes glass. Toilette needed cleaning and a tidy.

Google Maps says open til 6pm so I drove 15 mins to catch it before it closed but it closes at 4.30pm according to the times on the door. Please update for others’ benefit

Staff friendly except, lady with black hair Valeria who seems to be miserable her customer service is horrific. Most of the times she looks like, she not even want to be at work.
