Caffè Nero

Can’t really fault this Cafe Nero for a quick coffee. Located inside House of Fraser in Fremlin Walk, clean and friendly staff, always helpful if you have a pushchair and offer to bring your coffee to the table for you. Coffee is good! And the almond croissants are very good too! Staff are also efficient and the queue goes down pretty staff, of the 3 coffee shops within the immediate facility including Costa and Patisserie Valerie, Nero has the best coffee and pastries and is often quieter than costa.

Always a nice coffee and plenty of space by not cramming tables together.

Stopped off for a quick hot chocolate and to dry off from the rain. Great customer service as the 2 ladies were friendly and welcoming. Hot chocolate was damn good.

One of my favourite coffee shop in Guildford. Very good place to hide from the busy environment if you would like to read or just relax with a good coffee. Cinnamon swirl is my absolute favourite pastry here. The staff is very kind too and you can have a loyalty card to collect the stamps. Use it! :)

Im sitting in having a coffee this morning. The young lady serving customers is working on her own. Being in customer service myself. I have to give her massive praise. She never lost her customer service skills at all, kept a smile on her face even with a que of customer waiting. WELL DONE!

The guest Brazilian blend is worth keeping permanently.
