Starbucks

Ordered iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso. Expected and advertised pic and what I actually got are nothing similar. When enquired the staff could not be bothered. Poor drinks and poor service. Never again order here

Great quick and friendly staff here. Made the most delicious drinks. I've had many different drinks from here and all great.

How is this a Starbucks? Will simply not use going forward

I’m a Starbucks regular (gold level member), whenever I travel anywhere, Starbucks is the go too
Every drink I’ve had made here has been wrong, burnt
How on earth do they get so many things wrong

Todays excuse for an incorrectly made Frappuccino with almond milk came like water : Almond milk doesn’t blend the same and we can’t do anything about it…
I can assure you I’ve had more almond milk fraps from more Starbucks around this country and others than I’d like to admit and I’ve never nor has any other Starbucks had this issue…

Not to mention how I competent or rude the staff are when challenged with anything they’ve done incorrectly…

Racist? Only the ladies working there can answer... I stood in the queue and came to the till 1.. no one was there.. a lady came to the till 2... She asked to rejoin the queue.. I did.. when I came to till, now 3 of them standing there behind the till was busy within themselves... I waited for a minute.. no response... did not ask me to wait.. I had to ask them if I am invisible and finally got their attention...

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Amy was condescending and rude to not only me but the people before and after. Multiple times I’ve been here and multiple times she has begrudgingly served me. She was obviously annoyed when my friend ordered her drink as it was the last of the syrup that she wanted and made me friend feel bad as she kept complaining loudly. I won’t be coming back again.

Ordered an Americano and the new red velvet cake today. The coffee was barely drinkable, only available in large sizes as they had run out of cups. I only wanted small but still got charged for large. The cake was horrendous! Red velvet is made with buttermilk, this was made with rancidmilk! It was really sour, not a flavour you associate with cake. £7 for undrinkable coffee and inedible cake, i'm not impressed

Lunch with a hungry 10yr old and shelves were absolutely empty! Ended up having a shortbread biscuit and yoghurt. Short-staffed
and tables dirty. Give me Costas any day

The cakes never taste of anything; always bland. And after the first sip, the frappes are practically ice and milk. I don't recommend them.

The coffees and hot chocolates are always very creamy and sweet, so if that sounds like up your alley, Starbucks is for you.
