Caffe Nero Bluewater

I used to go to Caffè Nero for the Hot Chocolate Milano, but that's no longer on the menu. Now they have a Luxury Hot Chocolate. I asked if it was basically the Milano one and was told Yes. Well, it isn't. It's tasty, definitely, but it's not 'rich and velvety'..it's just Hot Chocolate with cream on top. The cakes are as yummy as ever, though ^_^ (One picture shows the Milano..the other the new one)

Shopping can be exhausting so when you need a hot drink and a bite to eat I can recommend Caffè Nero. My daughter and I were shopping at Bluewater needed a break but not a big meal. Toasted sandwich and a pot of tea was just right. Staff friendly and quick to get order ready. There was a bit of a queue but it moved quickly.

Nice place. I prefer a different brand coffeeto be honest, but I haven't had a Nero for years, they closed in our local area. It's a bit open to the crowds in here but worth it. Not a bad selection of food either, some really nice cakes

I received a completely damaged order and cafe Nero Bluewater plus Uber eats have done nothing to fix the issues. Completely unacceptable!! definitely won't be going back. Shocking customer service....

This chain cafe is always good to get a coffee from. Often it has good comfortable seating as well. Unfortunately the last time I visited, the seating was reduced (back of store was blocked off) probably due to limited staff working. This led to a bit of crowding and very limited tables. Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices for London coffee as one would expect. Would still come again and hope for the best.

So a strange review, only reason I use Cafe Nero is they understand tea drinkers (allow the customer to put the milk in) all other coffee places make a tea like it's a coffee and half a cup of milk. 🤢
Always use cafe Nero for a cup of tea.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Food good, staff were a bit disinterested.
Unfortunately not easy to negotiate in a wheelchair and because there was no toilet it meant our food / drinks were cold by the time we had made our way to & from the nearest toilets.
