Costa Coffee (St James Street)

I decided to sit in your James street branch to have a coffee and finish some work on my laptop and then have a rest,
I entered at 4:35.
I had looked online and noted your closing time of 6pm on Saturdays.
During drinking my coffee at exactly 5pm I was asked to leave as it was closing.Perhaps before ordering the coffee it would have been polite to inform me I only had just over 20 minutes and I would have left.
Not acceptable to choose the opening hours,perhaps the staff were trying to get an early cleaning in before going out for the evening.
Will not be visiting again when its make up your own closing times.

Great customer service. I had a Maple Hazel Latte. The hot drink was excellent 👌! I will have more in near future.

Nice place for having coffee but management needs to hire more worker busy time one person can’t serve everyone

Went to costa on James street today on a rare break from work and the person serving was so unhelpful around lunchtime! Miserable, no thank you just abrupt and dismissive! Even still I thanked her and cleared up the table. Might need some customer service training!

I am a regular customer and today I was treated horribly, because of the way I look, the woman kept me waiting longer than necessary, she was not nice to look at herself.
I am fed up with the way I am treated, I will make this a public matter.
I wouldn't mind, but the woamn serving me was no great beauty.

Cozy place, nice coffee, great service

Poor customer service - I waited thinking they were busy however they were actually chatting to each other. No greeting and unwelcoming. I ordered espresso and as always Costa's espresso is just terrible.
