Costa Coffee

Disgusting coffee re make twice from a long hair barista. Really disappointed. Dirty cup and spoon and when I asked her to re make she did exactly the same horrible coffee in another dirty cup, without even change the spoon.

I never ever got problems here, usually serve by a nice Italian girl.
But this morning, looks that this long hair barista hasn't got any care of what she's doing!!!!!!

Love the staff. Even the security guard (fair skin and bit chubby) is lovely. Coffee on point always and if not happy, staff will do best to help. Options of snacks and food to choose from also and served well. Considering Peckham can me quiet busy, staff are doing a great job. Thank you 😊

06.05.2022 Went for morning coffee the cabinet were full with a wide range of food.
The place was clean and tidy.
The customer service was terrible the lady behind the till couldn't understand plain english. The gentleman who making the coffees offered me coffee that was siting on the side for how I do not know and refusing to make me a fresh one.
After a while he made me a fresh one under protest.

Had a coffee, my son had water and shortbread. Quick, polite service. All good. Atmosphere pleasant watching the people of Peckham going about their lives

Nice place to catch up.
Lots of space and seats Kept clean.
Staff are friendly too.

What has happened to the staff iþ use to be so freindly and clean in there now the past month it has gone down hill fast the staff are rubbish apart from 1 young bloke i think he is the only one that can make coffee the other 2 numtys are useless first thing in the morning the short bloke is shouting at you what do you want b4 you can think i know its peckham and costa proberly dont care because its only peckham but im considering changing my coffee shop as i drink lots everyday and i want it to taste nice as it costs enough shame this store has really let costa down mayb can do with a refurb

The barista did not have a lot of staff on duty and the price of food were quite high.

“For me it doesn’t get better than this” - the answer my friend gave (will remain anonymous for his career) when asked how this Costa compares to the full suite of places to grab a coffee in the SE London area.

Sub £3 cappuccino (i’m not cool enough to drink flat whites), comfy chairs throughout and great people watching opportunities.
