Great place to have a coffee, charge up yr phone, tablet and chill, no time limits. Nobody bothers you. Staff are cool... Just make sure to buy the odd coffee which I think is only fair. Highly recommended. 5 Stars...

very bad service, only good and friendly for construction worker and homeless people. I ordered a tea, they ignored me long time. Filled water in, but then ignored me again. After 5 min putting the warm water on a plate and said ready : the tea and a cup still missing !!!
After I claimed this, they throwing it on the plate without a sorry - This personal should be fired !
Please, avoid this place.

Very busy. Disabled toilet looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a while despite check list saying it had. It wasn't pleasant using that facility. Staff quite pleasant despite being so busy. Not a lot of natural light so shop is quite gloomy looking. Popular with mum's with pushchair's so not a lout of space for wheelchairs.

Large frontage with outside seating, toilets a bit skanky, but double choc cap ok.

Spacious place, but not very comfortable, it is cold inside. The coffee is good, but they do not have filter coffee. The food offer is low, not many healthy options.

Lily was hugely attentive and did a wonderful job serving me today. Previous staff have not been so good. Thanks Lily, I'll be back for more icey coffee!

A very spacious Costa coffee, lots of seating available, we visited with two young kids and could access high chairs easily. I only gave it four stars as the tables were a bit messy and i had to wipe down with a wet wipe we did visit on a sunday perhaps they were short staffed. Very friendly and accomodating staff and typical Costa beverage!

Popped in after a meeting at NPL up the road
Good chance to have a coffee and use the Costa free wifi which was very useful, I am not a great fan of Costa coffee though bit like the stuff you get in Pret not very good.
These massive chains unfortunately suffer from a formulaic approach and in my opinion you can always get a better coffee at an independent outlet which is more bespoke.
There are toilets there which are useful but quite busy I must say not a huge fan of Costa and will use it as a final choice if there is nothing else available.
