Caffè Nero

Unfortunately since the management has changed it seems the coffee making standard is gone out of the window and no wonder with this high rate of staff turnover.

Otherwise nice place, despite the dangerous area into which Streatham is turning to, but I would still think twice before returning there.

Well. I must say my visit today 26-10-22 was lovely, peaceful and welcoming the lady in charge has great people skills... and very attentive. The coffee was great... and atmosphere cosy... keep it up cafe Nero ❣👌

I went with my boyfriend this afternoon at 17.25 for a coffee, we asked if we could sit down and the boy said yes but he would serve us coffee in the take away cup. I asked for my drink from a girl who as soon as I asked for a hot chocolate she looked at me terribly and started insulting me so much that I decided to go. I am a regular costumer but after today I think I will never set foot in this shop again

Staff need training in customer service really. I've been in many times before and had a lovely experience, but today, 01.10.22, the man/boy on the till just acted like he couldn't be bothered and didn't want to serve us.

Went in today and staff were okay. Mostly talking amongst themselves while asking me what I wanted, but they seemed friendly and happy to serve today which was nice.

Several very tasty vegan selections. They could do with more than one public toilet, though. Or put a handwashing sink in the hall outside, since that's what many people want before they eat... 🤔

Comfortable place with excellent coffee and decent food

Good coffee and friendly team. They do need to however refresh the decor and lift it up. It’s looking a bit tired on the inside (if you sit in).

Good coffee, although app does not let you order one shot only, unlike Starbucks. Staff much more friendly however. Internal furnishings/ theme look great, less corporate. Many thanks.
