Brilliant tasting coffee milkshake. Just go for the standard; no need for any syrups. Good banter with the staff too!

Bad customer service, no discount for bringing own cup and when I said most places do these days I received the response that most places don't give you a free shot of coffee. I said that I didn't want a double shot, got one anyway and the tiny £2.60 latte tasted horrible (too strong for me). Threw it away. Won't go back. It's important for coffee shops to start looking after the environment and being conscious of the waste they produce.

Excellent friendly and speedy service. Amazing hot chocolate for less than £3 -- much better value than Costa or Starbucks both in quality and value for money. Highly recommended! Nice added extra with compostable cups and lids too.

Got a lovely camomile tea here in the evening for the train ride home, reasonably priced at £1.80. Tasted great, and the staff seemed friendly, having a discussion about whether or not herbal tea should have sugar or milk in it!

My mom and I got a coffee here while waiting for our train to Stansted on our way back to Berlin. The latté was very nice, strong and better than everything we had in London. But the real reason that convinced me to write this review was the nice staff. I hope he gets to read this. He just made my heart melt because he was so sweet, such an angel. We went there a month ago (August 14th) but I just couldn’t stop think about how kind he was. Thank u so much!

Was about to get on the longest train journey of my life(or is seemed) and really needed a coffee- gregs across the street was not about to make the cut and i was running out of time- i spotted amt waiting for the train and ordered a caramel iced latte. Best. Decision. Ever. Both of the employees were lovely, the coffee was fantastic and the over experience was more than id hoped for. Thank you!

A nice welcome at amt I had a cappuccino witch was lovely on my trip to Norwich, the staff did have a chat to each other but still kept talking to me and my coffee did arrive swiftly, will come again.
