Costa Coffee

Great Costa, nice and big space, very pleasant staff, one in particular for me is always a pleasure, her name is Tia. Great customer service, pleasant manners, friendly, knows the procedures and always goes above and beyond with my orders and with other customers from what i have witnessed. The drinks she makes are spot on and delicious! I sit back some days and watch the staff team, always being led by Tia in such a motivational & positive way.
I have visited here daily since it opened and have seen this Costa go from good, to not so good with the changes in Management. The above staff member I just mentioned runs that place like the Manager, so as a director myself, a tip from me to the owners or HR would be - no need to recruit, your reliable, knowledgeable, going that extra mile manager is already working for you! Promotion should be looked into 😉

Amazing service in Costa coffee Hornchurch staff are amazing Adam, Oskana and Mehak. Work amazingly hard best staff I know . Amazing workers. Best coffee house I go to every day . Amazing .

Costa was the only coffee shop open on Christmas Day and so it was busy as you would expect it. The lady who took my order (her badge said Mehak) prepared my cortado exactly as I like it. It tasted smooth and it was served at the perfect temperature.

Really lovely staff, great service just need the tools to provide it! Need another oven as took a while for food and toilets needs some attention. Other than that, great!

The staff are very friendly, especially Catalin who is always pleasant, nothing is to much trouble for him. Would recommend it to all my friends and family to come and have a drink in Costa, Hornchurch

I always enjoy coming here on a Sunday afternoon meeting family for a coffee as the staff are very friendly especially Catalin as nothing is too much trouble for him and always has a smile I defo recommend this place to everyone

Xing gui and Mehak were very accomadating, were very quick to serve me and were some of the most polite batistas I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Would definitely recommend!
