Caffè Nero

Friendly staff? I have been coming here 3 weeks and I greet them every day you would imagine they know my name and very simple drink but alas sadly no. What I like about this place is the downstairs section and the music it's classical. The service is very quick and they do bring hot food to your table. Not as good as the Nero in Russell Square, for a 5* go there. Upstairs is way to tight.

Better than the Costa up the road & loyalty program is better value. Staff are friendly, coffee is well made, and there's a good range of the classic Caffe Nero food. I recommend the vegan salted caramel cheesecake.

My experience of Caffè Nero was mixed. I liked the size and location of the coffee shop. I liked their English breakfast tea and the atmosphere. But I had mixed feelings about interacting with the batista. Yes, my experience of Caffè Nero was mixed.

I really find the coffee too strong (a plus for some!) and, of course, the decor is very generic.

Friendly shop with good coffee but they put my drink in a plastic cup even though it was not takeaway. That's not good practice. Will look for more sustainable alternative (other than making coffee at home, duh).

Ok I'm changing my review. I've been staying Chiswick for a week and love coffee. So day 1 toilet was a disgrace, day 2 ok, day 3 the blonde lady thought it it was more important for her to get her lunch of tomato soup and a bacon bap was more important than cleaning and serving customers day 5 one person serving and 5 customers waiting. Ffs this the definition of insanity. I shall look for somewhere else. I just can't encourage bad service and poor standards Lift your game . Cheers Jeff.

First hot chocolate of the winter and I had oat milk and it was lovely. Good value and tasty. I like collecting points too.

Fancy a drink and bite to eat before you carry on your day then Caffè Nero is the place to go! Lovely staff, clean and spacious. Drinks and food were yummy.
