The place is warm and friendly. I did not purchase any coffee .I was paying for an item I bought 3 sets in a pack of men shirts reduced from £35.00 to £14.00, and a ladies woollen hat reduced to half price.. The till attendant were lovely.

I was served by Olesea who may I say did an excellent job in taking my order. She was both polite and attentive. This 5 star rating is for her and her exceptional customer service skills. When looking for management talent I believe she has what it takes and she coped with a massive queue of people very well. Thank you Costa.

Ordered a latte. The milky coffee turned out to be a glass of warm milk with a dash of coffee. Worst latte I have ever had. Also had an egg mayo sandwich which was tasteless. The cafe seats were splattered with stains. Very underwhelmed by the whole experience.

Very packed, had to wait for a table to become available. Very pricey as 2 x hot chocolates = not much change from a tenner.

Had a small gingerbread latte and it was barely hot, very watery and sweet as anything. Quite disappointed as it was in previous years a lot better.
