Decent cafe near Bexley station, open 6:30 am till 6:00 pm. Wonderful coffee served with pleasant staff. I usually grab in mornings before catching train. Well looked after by girls( staff), free parking can be found near Salisbury road only after 11 am.

This Costa is new to the franchise. What a joke. Staff are anti-social and not helpful. The premise has not sold cold drinks for a week since last visited. Limited selection of cakes. No ice for cold drinks - is this because the staff cannot be bothered to make or pack away? Only you can guess. Costa Coffee you need to do a secret customer visit and then retrain ill-equipped staff.

WiFi disconnects often and wont reconnect, no plugs for devices it suggest they want your money and bot for you to stay a while, I call it a lack of hospitality! Coffee is fine, staff need to smile. I am going in with balloons, party hats and a mariachi band...

Asked for a decaf soy latte which was given to me only slightly warm. When my husband asked for a hot one he was met with rudeness and hostility. They grabbed the coffee out of his hand and threw it in the sink then remade it in the same cup...but this time it was only half full. Such a shame as the staff during the week are exceptionally amazing. Shame about the staff we experienced on this Sunday

I saw something wonderful today. A very elderly gentleman ahead of me in line asked the server for a coffee. She listed a few but it was clear he couldn’t follow flat whites and lattes. He asked her to repeat the list. She wisely started with Americano that he recognized and ordered. Then he gave her a handful of change and asked if this was enough. She began to count and as it became clear that it wasn’t she deftly reached into the tip jar to cover the difference announcing that it was sufficient. When I ordered my coffee I thanked her and got a wonderful smile in return. Her act meant the most to her. The kindness of strangers.

Staff are not very friendly or professional.
We came in here on one occasion, my mum ordered a ham and cheese toastie as the lady got it out of the toaster she dropped it on the side, I could hear one staff member saying "they didn't see you drop it, just put it in the box and give it to them".

Definitely not the friendly bunch! Nor the speedy ones. 0800 on a Friday morning- the store wasnt busy. And yet it took the 2 of them (Micah & Georgia) more than 15 minutes to get a latte/ espresso and panini ready. But the coffees were good (hence 3 stars).
