Starbucks Coffee

Food isn't that great as £2.20 for a cookie is expensive and £5(ish) for a a caramel , maple syrup iced coffee is also rather ridiculous. Starbucks is always going to be pricey of course, the service is not as quick as you would think considering it's never really busy in there and the atmosphere is quiet.

Great location with seating outside but on Saturday 8th Oct it was filthy. Tables needed cleaning & dirty plates etc needed collecting but staff were flat out serving customers (not their fault - clearly understaffed) this would put me off going again which is a shame cause staff are friendly & food & drink was okay

Won't be visiting here again, 3 members of staff and all chatting to each other and a friend/family member who was seated at serving area. Waited 15 mins for 2 cold drinks and I was looked at as if I was a hindrance. Customer service tip.. Make your customers a priority and chit chat in down time, remember there are people called mystery shoppers out there

It's expensive, but nice, although always out of alot of stuff, advertise the apple frapp but then don't have it same with pumpkin spice

Starbucks in the town square. Invited to meet some friends there on a Saturday afternoon.

Interior is a bit grubby and could do with a wipe down and some TLC. Lots of previously occupied tables covered with discarded cups, wrappers, etc.

A lively but family oriented atmosphere in there.

Service was slow. 5 people behind the counter. From joining the queue to eventually getting all 4 of our drinks, it took a few seconds shy of 20 minutes. One drink was incorrect as it needed to be dairy free, but to their credit, that was sorted quickly.

If you enjoy waiting 20 minutes for a coffee then this is the place for you! Abhorrently slow service in every respect, and just to top it off the drinks were cold too! Save yourself some time and go to pret

Excellent service , fab food and drinks, loving the Halloween screaming cherry, although they had to modify the drinks with strawberry and cream but with the cherry topping, I can say it was just as tasty. Definitely had a great mini break from shopping would highly recommend you try, The cakes looked so cool and tasted amazing 😁👌👌👌👌

Coffee on the cool side ,cakes lovely service ok as we asked for extra hot and got warm
