Great service, the staff are well mannered and very polite and helpful too. The coffee is made well, tailored to how you like it and the food was good quality too, definitely a must to break any shopping trip up or to have five minutes gathering your thoughts!

No air conditioning. The poor staff are suffering and company doesn't seem to care. So using takeaway cups to save on dishwasher. Apparently been broken for 3 weeks. Staff should walk out

Not the best Costa Coffee I have been to. Staff got my coffee order wrong unfortunately. The place was convenient for us to use at the time though.

I love my Costa coffee and having this store in the retail park is a stroke of genius. Friendly staff and great coffee.

They were clearly rushed off thier feet / understaffed, but did everything with a smile, laughing and joking with the customers. I rarely leave reviews but felt the two working behind the counter deserved a big thumbs up. I only saw one of the name badges Shannon 👍👍

All yummy and drinks are well balanced. Staff are lovely. I'd only avoid the cinnamon bun though - that was on the dry side.

They were decimated by sickness this morning and I really felt for Irene who was struggling with two members of staff who seemed to have no concept of clearing queues. Several orders were incorrect as the girl on the till became flustered. We use this branch regularly the staff are almost always excellent and they have a right to have a bad day but their establishment seems too low for a Sunday and one sickie makes a huge difference. Our drinks and food when they came were the usual high quality and I hope Irene gets a well deserved break later.
