Caffè Nero

Recently released the vegan cheese and pesto toastie which is really nice. Very happy about this. Can be a bit slow on service at times but they always have the vegan toasties in so I'll be back.

Nice coffee and friendly staff.
Sadly, the interior was dark and unkempt, the seats were dirty and ripped. Requires complete renovation. I believe Nantwich deserves better. ( Visitor )

10-minute wait; coffee was really strong and bitter; flavour of oat and raisin cookie was spoilt by overwhelming taste of baking powder. Only ate it because I'd paid for it but gave up on the coffee.

Nice coffee but 45p extra for Oat Milk 🤔 you'll end up losing customers as they go to Costa and Starbucks who both offer free non-dairy alternatives

I have been coming in here for years staff usually really friendly and good customer service
Today the member who served me had no clue of good customer service took my coffee back not put my hazelnut syrup in just said to another member of staff put some in never acknowledged me at all

Quality of coffee is always excellent but what makes it extra special is the Cafe Nero Team. They are always positive, put the customer first, always smiling and help create that very special Cafe Nero atmosphere. Lastly, for me, the families, their children and often accompanied with their dogs add immensely to the overall “wowness” of Cafe Nero Nantwich

Very spacious in a superb setting , would recommend if in the area

I love this place I’ve been going for years and even though I have ones closer to me it’s always a nice drive out. I went there recently did the river loop walk with my dog then headed in to here for a iced coffee with my dog. They’re dog friendly and the staff loved making a fuss of him.
