Costa Coffee

Change your opening hours. Closed at 6pm, not the advertised 7pm.

There is no organisation. Everything was a mess from the till to the sitting area. They took our order and then told us the machine doesn’t work. There were 3 people behind the counter and there was no clear communication. It was shambolic. They closed off half of the sitting area with chairs that had no sign, which look like a child has placed the chair together. Everyone was scattered around which looked like it was open. Once we sat down, one of the staff members told us off in a rude and patronising way. Disappointed and never coming back again.

Terrible service, the attitude of the staff was disappointing and put a damper on the whole day. They do not care!! Complaint to be sent to Costa directly. This branch needs staff that have good customer service and who are welcoming and accommodating. We received the opposite unfortunately.

Organisation was pretty much ZERO! I feel like once you’ve ordered, you should go round the side to pick up the order but instead, you’re kind of pushed aside in between others ordering! Too busy and not enough staff.

Bad service and won’t take your Costa card. They say daily that it never works so you can’t add your points or free coffee so they make sure they just take your money

The slowest service I’ve ever encountered despite having lots of staff members, time coffee arrived I was told seating area was closing, this was and hour before scheduled closing time. I’ll go Starbucks next time.

A pretty mediocre coffee and Unfortunately the service is pretty slow considering the amount of staff working.

Mess, dirty tables, poor service, poor selection of cakes. Avoid and find Starbucks nearby 😀 Oh, and milk in my latte was spoiled...It couldn't be worse.
